Water Plant Dedicated to Longtime Consultant

Memorial Municipal Utility District is pleased to share that we have named one of their water plants, located on Park Timbers Lane, honoring B. E. “Dusty” Lane, who was a long-time consultant to the District as an employee of Si Environmental, the District’s operator.

He was not only an asset to the District, but Mr. Lane spent extra time on resident

problems. Dusty was also a consultant to numerous other MUD Districts in the

area. He lived in Rosenberg before retiring, and spent his retirement years in

Canyon Lake, Texas. Dusty passed away in February of this year.
